Join us at the Capitol this January
2015 BioFlorida Legislative Day

 Tuesday, January 20 (Welcome Reception)

Wednesday, January 21 (Full Day of Scheduled Activities & Lunch)

TCC Capitol Complex
300 West Pensacola Street
Tallahassee, FL 32301

On behalf of BioFlorida and the Government Affairs Committee, please join us this year in Tallahassee for

1 day of life science advocacy at the Florida Capitol.

BioFlorida Dayis a great opportunity for BioFlorida members to advocate before the Florida legislature on issues relevant to the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, medical device and bioagriculture industries.

During the day, BioFlorida members will actively participate in briefings regarding policy initiatives and legislative updates. These briefings have been well received in years past allowing and aiding BioFlorida members to actively and effectively engage with legislators.

BioFlorida Day also allows members to discuss issues with state legislators. In the afternoon, participants will meet with state representatives and senators to discuss issues impacting the life sciences industry. These meetings provide a platform for BioFlorida members to advocate for the life science industries and provide great insights into how the Florida legislature affects the industry and its related and supporting businesses.
